If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization (optional), and message you provide. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party analytics.

How we use it

Submissions are routed to our team inbox so we can reply. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on collaboration discussions you have initiated.

Where it is stored

Email submissions are sent through Resend (resend.com) and stored in our team inbox provider. We do not maintain a separate database of contact-form submissions on this site.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share contact-form data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Inbox messages are retained until they are no longer relevant to an active or potential engagement.

If you would like a copy of, or deletion of, the personal data you have shared with us, email hello@cepta.ai and we will action the request within a reasonable time frame.
